The challenge

The formally known LC Bakery Equipment and Services Ltd. reached out to Thinkr in 2018 after attending a large industry trade show. After generating a substantial crowd and a long list of contacts, they soon realized that they didn’t know what to do next. With a few meetings of getting to know the owners of the family run business – Casasanta patriarch, Luigi, and his three sons, Vic, Robert, and Luigi Jr., it was clear to see the passion and strong family morals that have kept their business running for over 35 years.

With the company’s success largely built on the warmth and passion of its family owners, we were able to identify, after a brand audit that their logo, website and marketing materials did not reflect the brand personality – they felt cold, dated and inconsistent. Thinkr made the recommendation to rename the company to Casasanta, the family name and with that came a new revitalized brand and marketing approach.
