She is passionate about leadership and empowering those around her with tools and strategies to help them succeed. Shalynn has put her abilities to work for businesses across a variety of industries including manufacturing, machining, construction, technology, hospitality, automotive, retail, mining, cannabis and nonprofit. Building a relationship with her clients and truly understanding their business goals guides everything from campaign planning through execution and beyond, ensuring top returns.

Outside the office, Shalynn advocates for medical cannabis patients as a founding member and Vice President of the Board for the federally registered not for profit organization Medicinal My Way.
