Community Living Haldimand approached Thinkr to create a brand identity for their new employment services company. This unique non-profit organization helps people of all abilities to find a job. They offer webinars and courses while also assisting employers in finding perfect fit employees for their business.
Branding
Leap - Giving people the confidence to make a jump or spring forward, to reach a greater height or fit in their career.
Orange is an uplifting colour associated with joy, enthusiasm, creativity, success, change, determination, freedom, and expression. The cool grey colour complements and balances the playfulness of the orange with a more corporate and grounded look.
Thinkr conducted competitive research before building a detailed marketing strategy for the new company. We developed the new program name, Leap Employment Services, and the tagline “helping you reach new heights.” Thinkr developed the overall look and feel of Leap Employment Services by creating a new logo, brand colours, and guidelines to best represent the program.
